Moving plumbing, adding circuits or changing walls usually means a permit and inspections, and we handle that paperwork as part of the job.
For single-family homes, Scottsdale offers counter plan review for minor remodels and additions under 1,000 square feet that do not raise planning or civil issues, which can shorten the wait on a straightforward bathroom permit. Larger or more complex projects go through full plan review.
